Our client wanted to build the ultimate luxury residence in the Coastal area of Dar-Es-Salaam. The house was to act as a showpiece and used to entertain high profile guests from around the world so entertainment was a priority.

A great home theatre was to be an important focal point of the house. Importantly it had to be easy to use, look and sound fantastic – a full THX surround system gives this cinema real punch.

Music was required all over the home, in every room, common areas. A CasaTunes multi room audio system was used to pipe music throughout the villa.

The Client also thought of making all his curtains not only motorized, but smart. Dooya curtain rails with Tuya smart motor were installed to meet the client’s request.

Challenge

This was a big project, it was imperative that we managed installation expertly. Roundtable meetings with stakeholders were an important part of the success. Things went smoothly for the most part – we worked tightly with the lighting designer and interior teams.

Solution

After agreeing on all the required, ITAFRICA began its work with expert on the ground consisting with site engineers. We selected the best product in the market going for Klipsch for ceiling speakers, Denon for home theater and CasaTunes for room piped music.

The Results

A great home, the private cinema is possibly one of the best in Dar-Es-Salaam – Tanzania. The music and entertainment systems are a big part of what really brings this villa to life. This is one of our favorite projects to date.

The whole villa is beautiful and is perfectly maintained. We’ve been back since for a few upgrades. The villa is up and clients is happy with his family, enjoying bit of his home.
