Our client wanted to build the ultimate luxury residence in the Coastal area of Dar-Es-Salaam. The house was to act as a showpiece and used to entertain high profile guests from around the world so entertainment was a priority.

A great home theater was designed to be a central feature of the house. It needed to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and offer excellent sound quality. To achieve this, a full THX surround sound system was installed, providing a true cinematic experience.

Music was also an essential element throughout the home, including every room and common areas. A CasaTunes multi-room audio system was utilized to distribute music seamlessly across the villa.

Additionally, the client wanted all curtains to be not only motorized but also smart. To fulfill this request, Dooya curtain rails equipped with Tuya smart motors were installed.

Challenge

This project was of considerable magnitude, requiring careful management of the installation process. Conducting roundtable meetings with stakeholders was essential to our overall success. For the most part, operations proceeded smoothly, as we collaborated closely with both the lighting designer and the interior teams.

Solution

After confidently finalizing all the requirements, ITAFRICA kicked off the project with a team of skilled site engineers. We strategically selected the best products on the market: Klipsch for our ceiling speakers, Denon for the home theater system, and CasaTunes for seamless room-wide music distribution.

The Results

This villa stands out as an exceptional property, boasting one of the finest private cinemas in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The state-of-the-art music and entertainment systems elevate this home to an entirely new level of luxury and enjoyment. It’s undoubtedly one of our most cherished projects to date.
